We're the Illinois Coalition for Community Services (ICCS)
ICCS is a private non-profit grassroots organization that exists to help Illinois communities develop and sustain helpful local programs for children, youth, and families.
We do what it takes to break the cycle of poverty in underserved and low-income communities across the state. ICCS got its start in 1985, and has since helped more than 1,000 Illinois communities in 90 counties shift to positive momentum and change.

Our mission is to empower youth, families and communities through education, advocacy and grassroots organizing.
ICCS Community Organizers work in regions throughout Illinois to form grassroots committees and develop sustainable improvements in neighborhoods and communities.
