Expungements, Seals, and Pardons

Come for a basic introduction to the different options and learn how the processes work:

  • Hear from the Circuit Clerk’s office on how to get the process started
  • Find out the eligibility requirements for applying
  • Learn from the Prisoner Review Board about what to expect in the later stages
  • Listen to a member of the Springfield community who has successfully completed the pardon process

There will be a breakout session where participants will have the opportunity to speak one-on-one briefly with the office that suits their needs. If you are unsure, please bring rap sheets and/or court disposition papers so we can direct you to the right location.
